Evoluzione Peels New Perforation
After in-depth analysis and tests, Gi Metal engineers have designed and patented a new and exclusive perforation; a new design capable of providing high performance, optimised compared to existing holes. Thanks to the particular positioning of the holes on oblique lines, the flour is discharged in two directions, ensuring an incomparable result.
Resistant and Anti-Wear
The peel head is made with Special Hard Anodising: a hard oxide anodising that guarantees maximum protection against corrosion, wear and friction, ensuring an extreme smoothness and maintaining the same lightness of the timeless Azzurra.
- Heat resistance – 3 times greater than anodised aluminium.
- Durability – great resistance to corrosion, scratches, bumps and wear.

The heel-handle joint is made up of the overlapping of the two elements secured by three large rivets in-line that guarantee safety and remain unmovable. Attention to detail is enhanced by the alignment of the handle and rivet colour finishes.
INSTRUCTIONS ON USE:
LARGE PEELS are used to put the pizza into the oven only.
They are not designed to move wood/ash around the oven, or to remove pizza from the oven. Using your large peel in an incorrect way will result in damage. For removing pizza from the oven please use turning peels, and for moving ash/wood around the oven please use a rake or a shovel.
TURNING PEELS should only be used to turn the pizza inside the oven and remove the pizza once baked.
