Used for turning pizza inside of the oven. Napoletana products are designed to be used in high temperatures and are Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana approved (approved to make real Neapolitan pizzas). The special design and shape of the holes allow ideal removal of excess flour. These peels are designed and tested with the collaboration of the very best pizza makers, in extreme oven temperature conditions and maximum use frequency.
Please note – the length is measured from the top of the peel head, to the end of the handle.
