Azzurra Perforated Pizza Peels are used to slide the pizza into the oven, with a perforated anodised aluminium head and blue anodised aluminium handle. Design to reduce friction, and drops excess flour which keeps your oven cleaner. These perforated pizza peels are light in weight and very flexible.
Please note - the length is measured from the top of the peel head to the end of the handle. Products can be easily cut down to suit, or we can do this for you at no extra cost, provided we have overall measurements.
INSTRUCTIONS ON USE:
LARGE PEELS are used to put the pizza into the oven only.
They are not designed to move wood/ash around the oven, or to remove pizza from the oven. Using your large peel in an incorrect way will result in damage. For removing pizza from the oven please use turning peels, and for moving ash/wood around the oven please use a rake or a shovel.
TURNING PEELS should only be used to turn the pizza inside the oven and remove the pizza once baked.
