Description

This perforated pizza disk is built from 18-gauge hard coat anodized aluminum, with 40% of the surface perforated to let air move through the base as it bakes. That airflow gives a more even, consistent crust than a solid pan.

The PSTK finish comes pre-seasoned, so there's no oiling or breaking-in before first use — it's ready straight out of the box, and the coating is permanent, so it won't chip or flake over time. The rim is folded flat, which adds strength and makes it easier to slide on and off a peel during service.

A practical choice for kitchens baking thin crust pizza at volume and wanting consistent results without extra prep.
