The Napoletana Pizza Peels are used to slide pizza into the oven. Napoletana pizza peels are designed to be used in high temperatures and are Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana approved (approved to make real Neapolitan pizzas). Measuring 110 x 40cm, this peel is ideal to bake pizza-by-the-metre. One side grip, with frontal milling to help you with both loading the pizza onto the peel and launching it into the oven.
