About Padrone

Opened in 2017 Padrone is the brainchild of successful restaurateur Milan Labarca and family who had a vision of bringing quality authentic woodfired pizzas to this popular coastal Scottish town.

After extensive research they decided on the 110 Su & Giu woodfired rotating deck oven.

Placing the wood-fired oven in the centre of the restaurant with it’s puts the pizza centre stage and with the unique tiled finish makes it look like a “piece of art” according to Milan himself.

“We are committed to serving quality Scottish produce prepared with care and delivered with passion.”

Their slow-rising dough is hand stretched and baked on their Marana Forni pizza oven to create the perfect thin and light wood-fired pizza.
