Delivery & Returns

Delivery Policy

White’s Foodservice Equipment Ltd offers delivery within the UK mainland at £9.95+ VAT.  Delivery charges for Pizza peels and brushes over 1.5 metres are charged at £12.95 + VAT regardless of quantity. Delivery to areas outside the UK mainland (Northern Ireland, Highlands & Islands, Channel Islands, IOM, IOW etc.), are subject to further charges and are dependent on the order weight and dimensions. For further information regarding delivery to these areas please call our sales team who will calculate delivery costs for you and answer any further questions.

We keep stock of all items in our Online Shop and we therefore aim to delivery these items within 1-2 working days if your order is placed before 2pm.

For small items such as dough cutters and olive oil cans, when ordered before 2pm you can usually expect these the next working day. For larger items like pizza peels and oven brushes these are usually delivered within 2 working days, but please allow up to 3 working days depending on our courier’s availability. 

For all other items such as dough mixers and pizza ovens, delivery is worked out on a case by case basis. If you would like to order kitchen equipment on a deadline please contact us on 01527 528841 and we will see if we can help.

All deliveries will be made between 9.00 and 18.00 to the front door of a ground floor premises. If you require a specialist delivery service (point of use delivery, unpacking, etc.,.) we can provide this for an additional cost.


Returns Policy

Goods are not sold on a trial basis. Customers should check specifications and suitability before ordering. White’s Foodservice Equipment Ltd. does not warrant the suitability of goods for specific applications. 

Goods supplied to you by special order, that are not listed in our catalogue or website may not be returned unless they are faulty or damaged on delivery.

Goods which have been incorrectly ordered or are unsuitable will only be accepted for return with prior approval from White’s Foodservice Equipment Ltd. Returned goods will only be accepted within 14 days of delivery, if they are correctly packed in the original packaging, with original manuals and have not been used. Any refunds necessary will be processed within 7 working days from receipt of goods, and all refunds are at the discretion of White’s Foodservice Equipment Ltd.

Customers are responsible for returning goods, ensuring returned goods are suitably packed and obtaining necessary proof of delivery and receipt.
