Delivery Policy

White’s Foodservice Equipment Ltd offers delivery within the UK mainland at £9.95+ VAT.  Delivery charges for large items such as pizza peels and brushes are charged at £12.95 + VAT regardless of quantity. Free UK delivery on orders over £150 ex VAT. Delivery to areas outside the UK mainland (Northern Ireland, Highlands & Islands, Channel Islands, IOM, IOW etc.), are subject to further charges and are dependent on the order weight and dimensions. For further information regarding delivery to these areas please call our sales team who will calculate delivery costs for you and answer any further questions.

For all items in stock, we dispatch orders within 2 working days. Our courier will deliver to you within 1-2 working days. Please note goods are not packed or delivered on weekends or holidays.

For delivery of peels larger than 36x36cm please allow an extra 2 working days, as these are sent with a different courier. 

For all other items such as dough mixers and pizza ovens, delivery is worked out on a case by case basis. If you would like to order kitchen equipment on a deadline please contact us on 01527 528841 and we will see if we can help.

All deliveries will be made between 9.00 and 18.00 to the front door of a ground floor premises. If you require a specialist delivery service (point of use delivery, unpacking, etc.,.) we can provide this for an additional cost.

 

Returns Policy

Goods are not sold on a trial basis. Customers should check specifications and suitability before ordering. White’s Foodservice Equipment Ltd. does not warrant the suitability of goods for specific applications. Goods which have been incorrectly ordered or are unsuitable will only be accepted for return with prior approval from White’s Foodservice Equipment Ltd. Returned goods will only be accepted within 14 days of delivery, if they are correctly packed in the original packaging, with original manuals and have not been used. All returns will be at the customers cost. Once we have received the return we will need to inspect the item before approving your refund. Any refunds necessary will be processed within 7 working days from receipt of goods, and all refunds are at the discretion of White’s Foodservice Equipment Ltd.

Goods supplied to you by special order, that are not listed in our catalogue or website may not be returned unless they are faulty or damaged on delivery. This also applies to pizza peels that have had the handle cut down from the standard length at the customers request.

Goods may not be returned without prior authorisation from White’s Foodservice Equipment Ltd.  Call our customer services team on 01527 528841.

Customers are responsible for returning goods, ensuring returned goods are suitably packed and obtaining necessary proof of delivery and receipt. If you return goods to us and they are lost/damaged during delivery we will not be able to offer you a refund. You must arrange the claim with your courier and arrange any collections needed.
