Due to size and shape, any pizza peel or other long handles item will be sent via a separate courier. This may mean that part of your order arrives separately to another.

We dispatch orders Monday-Friday. We endeavour to dispatch orders placed before midday Monday-Friday on the same day.

Delivery costing is calculated by categories of weight and size. 

Delivery Rates on orders below £150:
Extra Large Items - £19.95 + VAT.
Large items - £12.95 + VAT.
Small items - £9.95 + VAT.
Extra small items only - £4.95 + VAT.

If you receive a damaged item, you must get into contact with us via phone or email within 3 days of delivery. We will always attempt to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.
