The Napoli peels have been designed to meet the needs of the Neapolitan style pizza Chef; withstanding 500 degrees from a traditional Neapolitan wood-fired oven and constant use.
The head is made of aluminium S.H.A (Special Hard Anodising). The treatment is a hard oxide anodisation which guarantees - heat resistance 3 times greater than anodisation; greater lightness; durability and extreme smoothness.
The perforation of the peel is functional and allows for ease of movement for the dough as you stretch it.
