A longer pizza peel for pizza-by-the-metre, used to put it into the oven, with a solid head. This peel for pizza-by-the-metre head measures 30x60cm. Overall length is 188cm, with handle measuring 128cm.
Measuring 110 x 40cm, this peel is ideal to bake pizza-by-the-metre. One side grip, with frontal milling to help you with both loading the pizza onto the peel and launching it into the oven. Contrary to the traditional wooden boards, the use of aluminium makes the item light, strong, long-lasting and hygienic.
Short handle beech peel, untreated, to be used to put pizza in and get pizza out of the oven. Made of 3 parts combined by steel nails in order to guarantee the natural movement of wood.
