The Alice Robusta Traditional Pizza Peel comes with a stronger, heavier design, ideal for moving the wood inside the oven as well as putting pizza inside of the oven. The peels are more traditional in their design, heavier duty to withstand rigorous use, and are excellent value for money being our lowest price peel.
