Our Development Chef, Emanuele Scherma, is a certified training instructor through the prestigious Scuola Italiana Pizzaioli. We are holding a multitude of pizza training days throughout 2025. The training courses cover a range of pizza, techniques and levels.
Emanuele is offering a 1 day training course through Pizza Equipment to learn the basics of pizza making. Anyone can join this course, whether you are contemplating starting your own pizza truck business or just want to impress family and friends making pizza in your home, this course is for you.
