The Vitella Semi-Automatic Bun Divider Rounder is an all-round perfect piece of equipment for any commercial pizza kitchen or bakery. It is incredibly easy to use, simply place your dough onto the rounding plate and allow it to press and adjust the chamber. Pulling down on the handle then begins the rounding process. Once the machine has completed the process, you will have perfectly weighted and rounded dough balls, ready to go!
This is a hydraulic machine, with two cylinders for pressing, and one cylinder for cutting. Rounding is carried out with the lever.
The digital management system ensures consistent results. With 9 customised programs allowing you to adjust pressing settings as well adjustment of the front of the chamber. The divisions below references the quantity of balls that the machine can make. You can easily change the weight of your balls but the number of divisions does not change.
All machines conform with EC regulations and are manufactured in Italy.
