The Vitella Automatic Dough Press & Cutter is an all-round perfect piece of equipment for any commercial pizza kitchen or bakery. It's incredibly easy to use, simply place the undivided dough onto a rounding tray; place it into the rounder and select the weight of the balls. Once the machine has completed the process, you will have perfectly weighted and rounded dough balls, ready to go!
This is a hydraulic machine, with two cylinders for pressing, one cylinder for cutting and one for rounding.
The digital management system ensures consistent results. With the ability to store up to 9 working sets which you can easily switch between. Furthermore, the control panel allows for adjustment of pressing, rounding and shaping chamber opening times.
The divisions below reference the quantity of balls that the machine can make. It is important to note, you can easily change the weight of your balls but the number of divisions does not change.
The main body of the machine is made from Painted or Stainless Steel. Dimensions, see above. All machines are provided with standard for an operating voltage of 400V 50Hz 3-Phrase. Other voltages can be provided upon request.
