Beech Plywood PeelÂ
Head measures 35 x 35 cm + 65cm long handle. Made of beech plywood.
Quickly and easily place pizzas in and out of the oven with a pizza peel. The long wooden handle ensures the handler is not at risk of getting burned and allows you to place the pizza in the centre of the oven for an even bake. The handle is made from wood meaning peel will stay cool to the touch.

Measuring 110 x 40cm, this peel is ideal to bake pizza-by-the-metre. One side grip, with frontal milling to help you with both loading the pizza onto the peel and launching it into the oven. Contrary to the traditional wooden boards, the use of aluminium makes the item light, strong, long-lasting and hygienic.
The Alice Robusta Traditional Pizza Peel comes with a stronger, heavier design, ideal for moving the wood inside the oven as well as putting pizza inside of the oven.
