Subito Cotto MINI
Fully Portable. This oven is a real little refractory gas pizza oven, the first of its kind, fully portable and weighing less than 45KG. It has an inside diameter of 40cm and reach a temperature of 450°C in just 30 minutes. Ideal for baking one pizza at a time and can be placed in the garden, on a balcony or terrace, or in a well vented area inside. It can be used to cook many other dishes such as fish, bread, vegetables and sweets. Compatible with traditional Gas, Propane/GPL or Methane. Colour: Black Fascia Front White Dome.
Subito Cotto 60
The Subito Cotto Model 60 has a 2 pizza capacity. Weight 100KG.
This oven is a true small lightweight and portable wood fired oven ideal for residential use, with a top and dome made entirely of high quality refractory concrete. Once the cooking temperature has been reached the oven maintains the temperature for a long time, even after the flame has extinguished. The Subito Cotto 60 is ideal for cooking Italian pizza, but also suitable for cooking other foods such as bread, meat, fish, vegetables and deserts.
