2 Day Course - Neapolitan Pizza Specialisation Course
This course focuses on Neapolitan Pizza. A deep dive into the correct preparation methods, cooking, and recipes. Previous experience is essential for this course.
16 hours total, divided into 2 days: 2 hours of theory lessons and 14 hours of practical lessons.
