The integrated elevating system enables the chef to easily adjust the height of the grill grates and obtain the desirable temperature through the various grilling levels. The inclined V grooved grill grates, with an inclination regulator, prevent the grease from falling on the charcoal also thanks to the grease collector.

A combination of charcoal & firewood is now possible thanks to Parrillas F series.

The fire basket gives you the possibility to burn firewood so as to prepare the embers which then can be distributed under the adjustable grill grates.

You can even choose to work at the same time with the heat of the charcoal & use various types of wood to add the special smoky flavours that they offer.

There are 3 dimensions available, with or without a cabinet.
