The Vitella screw rounder is a practical and highly flexible solution for dough ball production for any commercial business or kitchen. The machine is made to adapt to the needs of your business, with an inverter-based speed adjustment system, different mixing cycles can be obtained, even with very wet dough.
The machine has capacity to create balls between 50 and 1000 grams. Meaning you are able to maximise production of the size you need. Dependant on size and hydration of your dough, hourly capacity can reach up to 1200 pz/h.
Combining this machine with another Vitella machine, such as the Vitella Divider, can again massively increase production. They are an invaluable asset to your business!
The main body of the machine is made from Painted or Stainless Steel. Dimensions, see above. All machines are provided with standard for an operating voltage of 400V 50Hz 3-Phrase. Other voltages can be provided upon request.
