PLEASE NOTE: The small dough boxes and lids can NOT be put in a dishwasher.

40 x 30 x 10 cm box weighs 0.75KG. 8.5cm deep internally.

Compatible with the 40 x 30 cm dough box lid sold by White's Foodservice Equipment (white only).

Standard size 60x40cm dough boxes also available online.
